Local Orders

• For residents of the State of Washington (WA), a sales tax of 8.5% is applicable (subject to change) unless we have a valid WA State reseller permit on file.
• You can apply for, print, or appeal your Washington State reseller permit here.
• If WA residents are not charged taxes for any reason, we reserve the right to charge taxes even after a purchase has been made.

Domestic Shipping

We offer complimentary shipping on all domestic retail orders over $50 (USD). If you prefer to have your order shipped through an account you have with a carrier, please email us at orders@berrybeautiful.us or include the details in the shipping section during checkout.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping, but please contact us for a quote to ensure accurate pricing.

Extra Shipping Services

Please note that Berry Beautiful will not be responsible for any damage or loss that occurs to goods after they are received and shipped by a special handler or freight forwarder.

If we made a mistake and you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately through our contact form or email orders@berrybeautiful.us. To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include your Invoice Number or Email Address associated with the order.
