How to use

For human and animal consumption:

Meeker red raspberry seed powder can be added to smoothies, used in baked goods, or sprinkled on foods. We recommend two teaspoons (7 grams) daily for adults, which is equivalent to the amount of ellagic acid and ellagitannins contained in around 4 cups of fresh raspberries.

For skincare formulation:

Raspberry seed powder can be used in the formulations of scrubs & soaps. It provides a gentle exfoliation and is completely biodegradable
